This made my Wife really happy as most Salesmen seem to ignore her or focus on me. when he Was out of the Office he directed us to talk with Phil who was a great help. Phil followed up after the purchase with an email and asked how the explorer was. He made sure to mention my Wife and our Dog Zoey by name. They made us feel comfortable and no stress. Communicating with the Salesmangers Vinny and Charlie i did not feel like they were Pushing or Hammering us to Buy. They found the Right Explorer for us and we were on our way as happy Customers. Our experience prior to visiting Kelly Ford usually ended with dodging the pushy salesman and racing out of the dealership. We decided to drive through the Kelly Ford Parking lot on Sunday morning " just to take a quick look" we spotted a truck that we have been looking to purchase. A salesman approached us very non confrontational and asked if there was anything he could help us with. He was very laid back and very helpful. It felt like a buddy was showing us his truck and not a salesman. We were immediately impressed with his demeanor and personality. We purchased the truck and are very happy with the entire car buying experience. From the initial visit with Reggie all the way through the finance with Carlos it was a very painless experience. We highly recommend Reggie Morton for all your car buying needs. We had the opportunity to meet Charlie Algiers McCarthy the sales manager who was just as impressive as Reggie.
