Overall, very good experience. Received a fair price over the phone from Rebecca Rideout. They were willing to bring in a car from another location to offer me what I needed. I was helped by Stanton Davidson, who was great! The financial process was another story. Carl Tagliamonte lied in my face that I have to finance through NMAC to get a rebate, and that I have to wait four payments before I can refinance - both a lie, as per the NMAC representative I contacted the next day. And the rate he gave me through NMAC was 2 % over the going auto loan rate. So, I had to refinance immediately, instead of financing with a different lender to begin with. The result - I wasted time and money. And there was no benefit to NMAC. The only one who may have benefited was Carl Tagliamonte... More

My experience at Colonial Nissan was nothing short of Phenomenal. Each Colonial individual I worked with was experienced, honest and professional. Earlier that day I had spent time in a route 1 Nissan De Phenomenal. Each Colonial individual I worked with was experienced, honest and professional. Earlier that day I had spent time in a route 1 Nissan Dealership. In comparing the two locations (more of a contrast), the first dealership staff spoke at me and shuffled me from one associate to another. The keys to my personal vehicle I was trading were held hostage. As the pressure mounted, I chose to politely leave the route 1 dealer (had to request my keys back more than once). I drove to Colonial Nissan. Immediately my sales person Rebecca “listened” and did not talk AT me. There was no hard sell push at Colonial. Instead I felt we were aligned I sensed they valued my business, wanted me to be satisfied with the purchase and become a return customer. As the result of my Phenomenal Colonial experience I leased an Altima that evening and am quite pleased with it . More
