Rebecca & Mathew are 2 outstanding sales representatives for Colonial Nissan. It was only through their commitment and dedication they were able to complete this sale. I am not an easy customer to deal with for Colonial Nissan. It was only through their commitment and dedication they were able to complete this sale. I am not an easy customer to deal with and previously walked out of three dealerships earlier in the week. It was only through their dedication, professionalism and patience we were able to complete the transaction. I’m from the south shore and was reluctant to go to Medford but after a lengthly phone conversation with Rebecca the previous night I convinced to come by and take a look at the Murano I was interested in. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them another opportunity when I need to replace my wife’s vehicle in the near future. A shout out to their finance manager Carl as well, he presented the extended warranties and didn’t try the standard sales pressure, I believe he read me well, the mark of a seasoned pro!
