Would not recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs. I had an appointment to fix my diesel truck in February 2022.. it sat there and sat there. I keep calling to get updates and since they only repairs. I had an appointment to fix my diesel truck in February 2022.. it sat there and sat there. I keep calling to get updates and since they only have 1 diesel mechanic, it hadn’t been looked at. I explained to them that I was moving to Georgia and I needed the truck (this was now end of March) still not fixed. Had to move and keep the truck there. I try to see if they could just trade it in and I would get a new one from them. They low balled the crap out me trying to have 11,000 dollars roll over on a new vehicle from them. I go out there to get all the stuff out of my truck since I am moving now, and it is sitting in the back of the parking lot, looking like it hasn’t moved since the day I dropped it off… garbage!!! Complete garbage… So now me and my family are at a new location stuck with one vehicle. I continue up to call them and no one ever gives me a call back like I am told every time. Finally get ahold of someone and now the truck is “top priority” (that was 3 weeks ago) then they tell me oh it’s going to be 4000 dollars to get it fixed.. that is on top of me now having to buy a plane ticket and go thru the airport hassle and get up there and then drive it all the way back.. I asked if they would just buy it out right from me. They still haven’t gotten back to me with a price.. which is weird since it is now MAY and my truck has been sitting with them since FEBRUARY… but no one can get back with me on a price.. which I’m sure it will be some LOW BALL price trying to get me to pay 4000 to fix it and probably 10000 to get to payoff.. I will keep everyone updated on how crappy their offer is. DO NOT GO HERE!! They prey and feed off people in tight spots.. especially service members that have no other choice More

I contact Bob Lanford, who directed me to a knowledgeable sales rep, Ray Johnson. Ray did an excellent job of listening to my needs and finding financing that would fit my budget. He also was helpful in making sure all of my documents were ready when I arrived. I literally walked in, provided the needed information (license, insurance, title of trade), signed all paperwork, and was on my way in less than 90 minutes. It was a very smooth transaction. I also highly recommend working with JaJa for the financing aspect - very knowledgeable and efficient. That was the quickest signing I have ever had!
