Very clean store. Friendly people. Helpful and easy to work with. This is my third vehicle from there in the last 5 years. Service department communicates specific Friendly people. I have been a loyal customer for several years now and have always had a great experience with Walser Hyundai Brooklyn Park. I have purchased 2 Hyundai Sanota vehicles to date and was considering a third have always had a great experience with Walser Hyundai Brooklyn Park. I have purchased 2 Hyundai Sanota vehicles to date and was considering a third vehicle because I have higher miles from traveling. However, I recently discovered that I have a manufacturer defect of peeling paint on my white 2020 Hyundai Sanota. I was told by your service department to bring my car to Walser collision center. I did and they gave me a quote and sent it to the Service manager. I have NOT heard back what so ever. I asked for you to fix the issue in "good faith". So far I feel as though I am being ignored. So sad, because I believe Walser Hyundai should stand behind their product. Especially since it is a known issue. I would very much like this resolved so I can remain a loyal customer. However, regarding this issue I have lost faith and am seriously considering buying another brand of vehicle. More

I was surprised the estimate came in several hundred dollars lower than my private auto shop. They met the estimate and even were a few dollars lower when the work was completed. Car was done in one bus dollars lower than my private auto shop. They met the estimate and even were a few dollars lower when the work was completed.
