My representative Joshua Mapps was awesome. So polite and respectful. He knew everything about the Tucson. I asked so many questions and he was so patient with me. When I stumped him on something he immediately went to a collegue to find the answer. I came back to the dealership 4 times. Every time it was so nice to deal with the same person. I finally purchased the awesome suv. Only thing I was a bit unhappy with was the slow internet. I thought it took a little long when purchasing the vehicle. More

Great service, outside of the typical hours of sitting up there waiting for the approval and paperwork to be ready. There really needs to be a way to speed that up!
