I took my Jeep to the dealership because the check engine light was on and the gas cap light was on and my dad said something like that would be covered under the warranty. First of all, my appointment was a light was on and the gas cap light was on and my dad said something like that would be covered under the warranty. First of all, my appointment was a week out and when I dropped it off, they said they might not even get to it for four days -- so what was the point of making the appointment? The dealership "fixed" it by running a diagnostic test and said everything was fine and sent me on my way. The check engine light and the gas cap light came back on within a week, but this time around they were all booked until the middle of June. I took it to Youngstedts on Shady Oak Road instead and I got in right away and they fixed it no problem. I will never go back to to the Hopkins Jeep dealership to service my car. They were absolutely no help. Go to Youngstedts instead! More

I bought a used 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from the dealer and when I asked about Jeep all-weather mats the sales advisor tried to overcharge me by $200 for the set of Jeep mats. I also purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle and was told that service appointments are not too far out, but learned this week that appointments are at least three weeks out. More
