Made me take a rental instead of waiting. I barely got home before they called me to come back and pick up my jeep. Glad warranty paid for the rental. Had to top off fuel at my cost. Came into the dealership 2 years ago and a car that was on your website had been given out as a loaner and we waited around 45 minutes for no reason. Just bought a car and the process took way too long and on your website had been given out as a loaner and we waited around 45 minutes for no reason. Just bought a car and the process took way too long and then the vehicle (only 12,000 miles) had a battery problem and we had to take it in. In addition, your sales reps don’t get paid a commission but it’s clear you’re indenting them and management to sell warranties as we got the hard sale from the rep and the manager even after I said from the beginning we weren’t buying one. Now, the cover for the hitch is missing a screw so we need to go back to the dealership. Overall, it adds up to a average at best experience. More

Horrible customer service - they do not take care of you and we had to search for our own cars. Should have known then but still purchased anyhow. They got me in a Grand Cherokee 4E and it has been a nightm and we had to search for our own cars. Should have known then but still purchased anyhow. They got me in a Grand Cherokee 4E and it has been a nightmare ever since! Trying to get into a new car and the GM still hasn't contacted me back after 10 days. I had to do the calling and even go in to finally talk to him. Now I have a large monthly payment for a car I have to drive that is NOT reliable and has been undrivable already 3 times. I've only had the car 7 months and don't get me started with the 5 recalls they needed me to take my day to sit there and have them do. First one was re scheduled 4 times before it actually was fixed. Save your sanity and go somewhere that will take care of you when things go haywire. I understand things can happen but this is by far a lemon they knew had problems that they sold to me. More
