Brought it in after another dealer said it was an egr valve leak in cylinder 6 .they couldn't get the warrenty fixed because of the walser extended warranty loophole. We were forced to tow the vehicle to valve leak in cylinder 6 .they couldn't get the warrenty fixed because of the walser extended warranty loophole. We were forced to tow the vehicle to the walser dealer were they replaced the injector. Called me and told me that it was ready but when I got in it to leave, the check engine light was still on. They didn't fully tighten a valve and had to bring to back into the shop. More

Bought a new vehicle which turned out to have paint defects that couldn't be fixed. Dan F and Dan R worked with us to get a different new vehicle. Took awhile but we ended up with an upgraded Grand Ch defects that couldn't be fixed. Dan F and Dan R worked with us to get a different new vehicle. Took awhile but we ended up with an upgraded Grand Cherokee. We appreciate all they did to take care of us. More

The experience was going fine until we began our purchase and trade of a vehicle. I was questioned on the legitimacy of my trade offer from another dealer when the offer was not high by any means and was ver and trade of a vehicle. I was questioned on the legitimacy of my trade offer from another dealer when the offer was not high by any means and was very much real. (Your dealer currently has our trade on the lot for almost 4k more than they argued my price for.) I should have left then and there, I chose to continue on. I explained that I did not want or need warranties for the vehicle I was purchasing. Your employees would not let it go - even going so far as to question my parenting that I would "even think of putting my child in a used car with 15k miles on it without warranties. What?? Even more frustrating about this experience is that my husband had just purchased with cash a brand-new hybrid Jeep Wrangler from the dealership 2 months prior. More
