The reason I went to Phillips is there SERVICE DEPT. They have Scott Perak Sevice Rep and the Service Manager Brian. They are the best people to work with. They took care of the problems with my car"s fast. I went to the look at new car's and meet Rami (Sales Rep) It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences in my 70 years. From There Sales Associates Rami Alamawi, we experienced nothing but courteous, professional service. There is absolutely no high pressure sales pitch, but the sales team and support folks all know their products and delivered on all promises. We got fair value for our trade ins with no haggling and a good deal on both the 2013 Traverse and 2012 Suburban LT. The cars pretty much sell themselves, but the purchasing process was the quickest and most efficient I've ever experienced. I am recommending Phillips Chevrolet to all my friends and Family! Mr. Alamawi showed integrity throughout the process of purchasing the car. He was respectful and courteous. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond making car purchasing easy. In fact, I picked up the vehicle the following day and he even helped my put my grandchildren and their car seats into the new vehicle.
