During these perlious econonomic times my family who had been a two income family had suffered the loss of one income. Our credit was in the toilet and repairs to our two older cars had become too costly. We prayed. A coworker referred us to Mrs. Horne at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort. Mrs. Horne was warm friendly and professional. She referred us to Rami Alamawi. He called me at work. I explained our situation being very honest. Rami kindly listened without judgment, quickly got all the necessary details. and got down to business. He called me back maybe an hour or so later and said he had been turned down, but was shopping the deal. I was scared, he wasn't. The next call from him was not on a used car but new car. This was better than we had expected, a dream come true. However, I was still walking on eggs. I was waiting any minute to wake up and find it was all a dream. One call later Rami said you and your husband can come in a pick up your new car. That evening when we got to the dealership Rami was waiting with a smile, shook our hands, sat us down like we were royalty. We turned in some documents filled out some forms, then he showed us the car. There she was, our "New 2013 Chevy Cruze" (looking good and smelling new). After a brief wait in the waiting room, we met two more friendly people, a guy checking our identity, then the finance guy. I just knew he would be acting like a robot. To our surprise he was professional, human and friendly. The end of this story is this. I would recommend Rami Alamawi to anyone. Rami and Phillips Chevrolet treated us like family. Everyone in the place was smiling and were genuinely happy to see us get that car and check this out, they waved back as we drove off in our New Chevy Cruze. One day with Phillips Chevrolet and Rami Alamawi was an "amazing experience". More
