I was comparing several SUVs and he really educated me about the Lexus models and steered me to exactly what I was looking for. The dealership had several to choose from. The after purchase experience was just as good with the tech person Matt Millard being ever so patient as he gave me a lengthy tutorial on how things run. I will work with Lexus of Chattanooga again!
