He was absolutely communicative prior to and on the second day when I test drove the vehicle and hand held me through the entire process until I finally purchased the vehicle and came back to get a touch up done. He made the experience of buying a Volvo worth every moment and compensated for the one not so great moment that he had nothing to do with. The others that need a shout out for their kindness are Aisha and Kenny, they were great. (Not a fan at all to say the least of Chris who is not customer service oriented in sales or the guy two seats down from Kenny in Service). More
