Agreed to the Plan B service. Plan B service includes a tire rotation and balance. The paperwork notes stated that this was not done. However, I have paperwork that suggests it was not done and the tires on the vehicle suggest it was not done but should be done. (BLACK G 550 Wagon). I would like to reschedule for the tire rotation and balance to be completed appropriately. I'm sorry to be extra here. However, when I pay +$1,300 for Plan B service I expect to receive the services outlined. If in the event there is camera footage that supports, they were in fact rotated.
