I know the service department was very busy, but I was disappointed when I realized the car was not washed before I picked it up. In the past, our cars have been washed after service. Excellent service, however, the car could have been cleaner upon pickup. I'm used to having the car washed and vacuumed as a courtesy. When picked up the plastic was still on the seat, the paper floor cleaner upon pickup. I'm used to having the car washed and vacuumed as a courtesy. When picked up the plastic was still on the seat, the paper floor mat was still in place and the work number was on the dash. I know these are small things, but to me, it's all in the details that drive excellence. More

Ragina and Preston from parts were both very good and I was pleasantly surprised not to run in to some sort of customer service aggravations as a result of the ownership change. However, in the course of o was pleasantly surprised not to run in to some sort of customer service aggravations as a result of the ownership change. However, in the course of our service we had to replace two tires and wound up waiting 3 days to get them delivered. If the dealership is going to take on tire sales as a revenue stream I would suggest you get your supply chain and support up to speed. I had never had this issue with previous tire buys prior to the change of ownership. More
