Since it was cold and snowy, Mark drove us to the other Continental dealerships that were close and drove us through the lots so we could see the cars. We had to leave before we found a car but returned the next week. It was a Saturday and very busy (the weather was much nicer) so Mark asked if Rafael could help us. Rafael was very nice and helpful as well. We did find a car, that after much negotiation, was affordable and "cute" enough for my daughter. What a great experience for my daughter's first car buying experience thanks to Mark and Rafael! More

They even called a week after I bought the car to make sure everything was going smoothly and took the time to answer questions that I had since purchasing the car. My mother walked in to Continental Nissan without any previous knowledge of its staff or product. This was her first car buying experience, and the gentlemen at this dealership were kind and accomodatin previous knowledge of its staff or product. The price that was negotiated was fair in relationship to the information we were able to gather on our own, and the financing rates were very reasonable as well. Jay made sure that my mother was able to work the navigation system before she left. All in all, this was a great place to buy a car. Nissan is a great car maker, but the people are why we decided to purchase from Continental Nissan. More
