Rafael was good in customer service & nice but the ending really upset me. I don’t like how the lady finance manager who handled the deal was. From the beginning I came to this dealership bc my sister got a really upset me. I don’t like how the lady finance manager who handled the deal was. From the beginning I came to this dealership bc my sister got a good deal she said. My last car was at north Miami location. My lease was coming to an end and I was receiving multiple emails from different dealers to go ahead and upgrade with them. I decided to go with pines. My sister person who helped her deal was on vacation so I was directed to Rafael. All dealerships were low on stock in cars so we ordered the one I wanted. I was told I HAD to put a 200$ deposit that was REFUNDABLE… guaranteed by my original finance manager who was off the day I went to pick up my car so I was sent over to the lady email (zparra@czag.net) don’t remember her name. I found it odd that I was just coming to sign papers & get my new car& she was repeating same questions I already answered 2-3 weeks ago when I was just there with the last finance manager. Bank approved the loan so I was confused. Rafael told me my original car would take 1 extra month to get there so he suggested red interior to take a look. I said okay. He called me a few hours later to tell me that car arrived if I could come today. I decided to rush over before work bc again deal was 6 last payments made by you guys. So any day I let pass by I’m going to show late on my payment history since car delivery took forever. I repeated hey make sure the last 6 payments are included. When I got my car I was in a rush bc I again this was last min and I had to go to work and I live in doral. Rafael went over the car details with me. I asked him about my $200 deposit. He said it should be directly back to your card if it was CC bc I moved and check couldn’t be sent to that old address. He went to confirm and lady finance manager & came back w her and she said oh I put the deposit towards other fees so your monthly wouldn’t go over like you wanted. HOW ARE YOU.. going to decide what to do with my deposit without asking me if I’m okay with it. When the last person guaranteed me 5x I WOULD get it back, there has to be communication with me. It is my money at the end of the day.. this left a very bad taste with me that she did that and I said okay and just wanted to leave. Bc that upset me so much and wanted to go. I didn’t want this to take away from my moment of just getting a new car. Very very upset about it still. My ex brother in law has worked in dealerships 15+yrs with Toyota. And I’m not a naive person where clearly this was a mess up on her part. And she tried covering it up with excuses. My deposit. My money should be my decision what I wanna do with it More
