The finance manager was unprofessional. I wanted to pay cash for a vehicle and he said he would add fees, stating paying cash costs the buyer more than financing “because we have to make mo I wanted to pay cash for a vehicle and he said he would add fees, stating paying cash costs the buyer more than financing “because we have to make money.” Honda has 3.9% financing offered right now, but he ripped us off by charging us an interest rate of 9.5% when my credit score was 828. His response was “If you are paying the vehicle off on the first payment why would the interest rate matter? I have kids, and the holidays are here, so why not allow me to make some money on this deal?” He also made sure we were aware how rich the owner is and that he doesn’t own a Honda product, but rather exotic sports cars such as Lamborghini and Bugatti. Your business approach is crooked and takes advantage of the customer. I contacted Honda corporation to register a complaint. More
