I just had the privilege of spending over $100 to waste over 2 HOURS for a simple oil change. Oil change and tire rotation. Literally a 15 minute job for a halfway decent tech. Drain oil, rotate tires as o over 2 HOURS for a simple oil change. Oil change and tire rotation. Literally a 15 minute job for a halfway decent tech. Drain oil, rotate tires as oil drains, change filter, plug pan and refill. Done. After 2 hours, with absolutely no one talking to me, I tell them it's been 2 hours and they claim they just got my paper work. 15 minutes AFTER that, they come get me. No apology, no explanation, nothing other than lets get you out of here. Appointment at 10:30am, invoice is stamped 10:12, showing I got there well before my appointment. Receipt is stamped 12:32. OVER 2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TOP OFF THE WASHER FLUID! More

Service was ok - very expensive. They sold me a new battery and installed it... my dashboard battery warning light is on. I went in for an oil change and $1000 + later I'll have to They sold me a new battery and installed it... my dashboard battery warning light is on. I went in for an oil change and $1000 + later I'll have to go back to get the dashboard light addressed... Rachel was nice, though. She found a coupon for $50 off, so there's that. I was in the shop for 5 hours; they were busy I guess. More
