One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. I’ve never been lied to so much, pushed to the side and treated as if my business for 15 years having an Acura was meaningless. Rachel, the service m I’ve never been lied to so much, pushed to the side and treated as if my business for 15 years having an Acura was meaningless. Rachel, the service manager is by far one of the coldest and most careless people that I’ve ever encountered. If she could lie to me as much as she did it’s no wonder the people under her do the same. im disheartened at the lack of care and the money I was made to spend waiting on answers with them having my car for almost 2 months and making a decision to not give me a loaner vehicle after being told one would be available a week after they took my car in and then being told I couldn’t get a loaner when the day came for it to be available. The service I’ve gotten has definitely at this point put me in a position to never want to buy another automobile from Acura again or deal with them or Honda Corporate who participated in the lack of care for me as a customer in addition to the time frame it took for them to even give an answer to me on my request and complaint. I’ve loved Honda and Acura since 2010 and this experience has altered my complete feelings on this company. WARNING*******Purchased certified pre owned vehicle within short time of having car issues occurred. Took to another Acura dealership that stated there were several problems. Trying to get this correct within short time of having car issues occurred. Took to another Acura dealership that stated there were several problems. Trying to get this corrected by Acura of Berlin and Rachel will not call back. I have left 4 messages. The one person that did call back was rude would not listen ,unprofessional kept interrupting me and then hung up on me. I have a video and voicemail from another Northeast Acura dealership stating what needs to be fixed. I was told by Acura of Berlin that sometimes dealerships over exaggerate to get more money wow just blows my mind! Stand behind your products you sell!! Consider this before you purchase any car from Acura of Berlin dealership as they do not stand behind their vehicles they sell!!! More

Not professional at all. Brought suv there to be fixed wasn’t fixed had to bring back next day. The adviser Jonathan stated to me that they had a worker that has been getting Brought suv there to be fixed wasn’t fixed had to bring back next day. The adviser Jonathan stated to me that they had a worker that has been getting several complaints working on my suv and he was sorry. And he was going to have another worker look into my suv . Jonathan calls to state the worker left stuff loose when replacing the parts. Then they kept it for 3 days more and tells me everything fix no noises etc. my suv sounds the same as to when I brought it to them. And drive worst then when I brought it to Acura .On top of the manger Racheal who is very unpleasant and snotty. After I told her I will leave a bad review she says do what I need to do. She is very unprofessional warning be aware of the sloppiness here at the Acura in Berlin!!!!! Not satisfied at all on top of they don’t want to refund you. For there poor work that wasn’t done correctly… who has the time to keep going back to the dealership and waiting for hours when there supposed to get it right the first time as there signs posted says!!!! More
