Every single time I buy a car through this dealership I have to go through so much and this is my third vehicle that I have purchased through kia Lynnhaven. This dealership is hard to reach in terms of service. When I initially made my appointment to get my car fixed in September, they said my parts would be ordered and everything would be good by the time m When I initially made my appointment to get my car fixed in September, they said my parts would be ordered and everything would be good by the time my next appointment would be to get it fixed. (1 month later). Upon arriving to my appointment I was told the parts weren’t ordered and I’d have to wait until they come in and they would give me a call to schedule. I had to reach out to them and try and schedule and of course there’s no answer. So I’m not sure where the disconnect is from the first person to the next. More
