Kia charge way to much money for air filter. I paid $92.92 to replace an air filter which I could have purchase online and replace it myself. This is the last time Kia get this money from me. Al I paid $92.92 to replace an air filter which I could have purchase online and replace it myself. This is the last time Kia get this money from me. Also kia charge 4% additional for using debit/credit card, how come a big company like that charging for additional fees for using card. This ridiculous! The guy who help me was nice during oil change, he kept me up-to-date of what's going on with my vehicle. More

I went to get my car serviced (which is covered by warranty)😊. . My service was EXCELLENT. I really love the guys at Kia. My service provider was Jeremy.. lol he was great.. He explained my 75,000 mile updates and what to expect. Mike was great to we had great conversations while he dropped me and he picked me up.
