Great customer service! When I brought the car in for scheduled maintenance, I mentioned that the tire sensors were being wonky. My service intake person showed me a tire se When I brought the car in for scheduled maintenance, I mentioned that the tire sensors were being wonky. My service intake person showed me a tire sensor, told me they start to fail around 5-7 years of age, and mine were 9 years old. The cost to replace all four at once was $900, separately would be $1200. No hard sell, just giving me the information I needed to make the call, which I declined because of these difficult economic times. He could have said nothing, Then he reminded me about the old-school practice that I do anyway, which is check tire pressure at home every week manually. More

Elk Grove Toyota is the best in the area for any Toyota Servicing needs. I have never been stooped or deceived by any of the service techs at EG Toyota. Very honest and very good at what they do. Ping Yang made a difference! He was very courteous after my booking appt was not booked by the person I spoke to when I called. They are good at checking you in not so good at checking you out. Purchased a part that was supposed to be installed. From the service advisor, to the parts department to the cashier nobody checked checking you out. Purchased a part that was supposed to be installed. From the service advisor, to the parts department to the cashier nobody checked to see if the part had been installed. Lack of communication. I stopped at the store and noticed it had not been installed, had to drive back to service department. They did resolve the issue But could have saved me the inconvenience if they would’ve Checked that everything charged on invoice was complete! More
