Hi, Jeannette. I would like to tell you my name but just in case I "have" to come back, I don't want to be treated poorly or looked down upon. Trust me when I say, I am an actual LONG-TERM customer, starting at the Folsom dealership and then moving to Elk Grove and going to your dealership. It really does break my heart that a place I have trusted and felt so comfortable going to has changed so much, and I'm sorry to say not for the better. You should inform your customers that ALL services "need" an appointment now, and even with an appointment it can take a couple hours for a simple oil change. There were a few other things that I'd rather not go into but it really soured me, and I'm no longer telling people how GREAT Toyota and their dealership is here in Elk Grove. Such a shame that this will make me buy a different model type. I will have to say that the young gal who checked me in, I believe her name was Guadalupe, was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for replying. I just hope this particular dealership can change back to the way it was run a few years ago. This is my second bad experience here in over 25 years. Very upsetting and cause for concern. Have a wonderful week and please get the upper management to straighten out the new way this place is being run. Thank you for your time and patience.
