Time of service was way too long. I had a 935a appt and wasn’t done until 1230p for an oil change. My previous services done were in 2 hours or less. Furthermore, no car wash was provided when that has been done routinely as a courtesy. With how much the service was, the little things and details were overlooked and seemed like the customer service was deeply lacking. This has been the service shop for our vehicles but other dealerships we’ve dealt with in the past have done more for less. Respectfully, 6/10 on this visit. More
