My family has had a long standing relationship with this dealership(multiple car purchases), and it has always been good. When I was looking to lease a new car Colonial VW of Westborough was at the top of m dealership(multiple car purchases), and it has always been good. When I was looking to lease a new car Colonial VW of Westborough was at the top of my list. I went in intending on leasing a Golf R, but after consultation with Pierre we determined that a GTI was a better fit. Pierre is a honest, knowledgeable, upfront guy that you know has your interests in mind. He could have sold me on a car that would have gone for nearly 7k more and 100 more a month but he understood my needs in a new car and was able to guide me to a more appropriate decision. He got me a deal that I was happy with and was extremely fair. I wouldn't hesitate to go back myself for any reason, nor would I hesitate to send someone else to him. If your looking for the best you need to go to the best. Definitely if you need a VW this is the place to go get it, now doubt about it. More

I found Colonial Volkswagon to be a very professional dealership to deal with. I bought a Passat diesel automatic. My salesperson, Pierre, was polite, tolerant of my husband's bad jokes, and extremely kn dealership to deal with. I bought a Passat diesel automatic. My salesperson, Pierre, was polite, tolerant of my husband's bad jokes, and extremely knowledgeable about the car I had bought, which by the way, I absolutely love. Colonial Volkswagon was one of the few dealers around me that actually had an automatic diesel in inventory which is why I went to them. The other thing I really liked about Colonial is how fast they had me in my new car. They had it registered and insured faster than any other dealer I have ever dealt with. The best part of all, however, is that Pierre synched my phone to the car for me so I didn't have to! Thank you,Pierre. M.R. More

I recently purchased a new 2013 Volkswagen Passat from Colonial Volkswagen. Pierre Saliba was my sales consultant. Pierre was very helpful during the purchase. He pointed out the benefits of the gas engine and diesel engine. He insisted that we drive each to see how each car felt on the road. He also pointed the differences between the 2012 and 2013 models. I felt that Pierre spent extra time with me, so that I understood my various options. I researched the price of the Passat on line and felt I knew what a fair price was. After I decided which car I wanted, I told Pierre what I thought a fair price for the new car and my trade in value. Pierre sold me the car for the price I wanted and give me the trade in value I thought was fair. I would highly recommend Pierre. After the sales I dealt with Kathryn Gear. She was helpful explaining the various options that were available with the new car. My wife and I for the last four years have both driven Volkswagens. The two Bills and Adam have always given us great service. The Colonial service department is the best. I will be back when my wife need a new car. Joe MacDougall More

I went to see Pierre Saliba because I had worked with him in the past. I had questions about a different car that was more money than the car I purchased. He told me that based on my needs he thought I would in the past. I had questions about a different car that was more money than the car I purchased. He told me that based on my needs he thought I would be happier with this other car. He was right. He saved me money and directed me to the best car for what I needed. I'm happy I listed to him. I love this car. After I decided to purchase the car, Kathryn Gear made sure that I knew what my coverage options were and that I had the best plan available. She was very helpful. I will visit them again soon when my son needs to replace his car. More

There was no pressure at all in the buying experience. When we sat down to make the deal, it was effortless, we knew what we wanted for our trade and what a fair price would be for the vehicle.
