The sales side is very aggressive and clever in representing things a certain way while causing the buyer believe something else. Not the most honest approach. The service department on the other hand is very good, prompt, knowledgeable, very good work carried out, also excellent customer service. Very different to the sales side needless to say. This used to be a great place to buy a car before the hard sell guys took over. More

On Friday evening I noticed a Honda Odyssey we were seriously interested in might be available. That evening I submitted an online request for a quote and was contacted minutes later by Erin, where we seriously interested in might be available. That evening I submitted an online request for a quote and was contacted minutes later by Erin, where we arranged an appointment for after lunch the next day (Saturday). Met with Mandeep and test drove another trim level of what we wanted, and was told the trim level and color we wanted could be on the lot before then end of the day. Got the price we wanted, completed the deal with Doug, and drove off the lot with our new 2025 Odyssey EX-L that evening. Erin and Mandeep stayed past closing to get our new car cleaned and ready, as it was slightly delayed by traffic reaching the lot. Thanks to everyone at Shottenkirk Honda who made this a very pleasant experience. More
