When I showed up expecting it to be ready they had no clue that the AI had done that. They also neglected to mention the vehicle I purchased had suffered hail damage previously until right before they handed over the keys. I was under the impression that you pay a bit extra at a dealership for the added professionalism and peace of mind you might not get buying on Facebook or Craigslist, but these guys were shady. More
