Peyton Oden, our salesperson, was amazing! !! She was patient, calm and very informative with her knowledge of the RDX. When I came on the lot, I was very upset over a lost car deal from Ca !! She was patient, calm and very informative with her knowledge of the RDX. When I came on the lot, I was very upset over a lost car deal from CarMax due to negligence on their car lot. I was supposed to pickup my new car that afternoon, but was told that it had incurred damage in their lot. As a result, I did not have a car. Peyton was so understanding and supportive to find a vehicle that would fit my needs and wants as this is the first purchase of a car for "me," not for the good of the family. She took her time answering every question I had. She modeled and explained the function of every button. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision about anything. She and Jason Pitty waited with us until after closing to finish making the deal and getting all paperwork signed. I truly believe that I was meant to go through that turmoil so that I could meet Peyton, your wonderful manager Jason and the better vehicle than I was wanting to begin with! More
