It was a pleasure working with Daniel the Sales Mansger and Karl my assigned Salesman This is my third Palisade. We negotiated an excellent deal and the carr was ready for pick up in less than 24 hours. and Karl my assigned Salesman This is my third Palisade. Lisa the Finance Manager completed the final paperwork in 10 minutes. Just a great team effort. This was a wonderful experience. More

Building is under renovation and the service is being done at the Toyota dealership next door. There are currently no bathrooms on the premises and the Portasan is out of service with a sign to go to the done at the Toyota dealership next door. There are currently no bathrooms on the premises and the Portasan is out of service with a sign to go to the Toyota dealer to use the Bathroom. A simple antitheft software upgrade that takes 30 minutes will take minimum 2 hours at this dealership. The lack of attention to the customer is truly amazing. The service writers outnumber the mechanics at the dealership at this point while they restaff. Bring your car for service and for sure the sales force will be spot on to upsell to a new car faster than service can do a software upgrade. More

I bought my car here and serviced it here for 4 1/2 yrs. Now it has a warranted service issue: it will not accelerate even with the gas pedal fully depressed and the engine light is on. The service department says they have no loaner car for me. They also have not provided any estimate of when the work will be done. The do not answer their phone or return calls. Avoid this dealership. More

Service department very sketchy, left my hood open & it flew open while driving, only came in for open recalls. Would not go back for any other services, doesn’t feel trustworthy, mind you this was my firs flew open while driving, only came in for open recalls. Horrible experience. A simple fix is now extending Into the 5th day. I have been mislead and lied to from everyone in the service department. Nothing they say can be taken at face value. the 5th day.
