As a customer I bought one car in 2015 and I recommended someone else to buy On Sunday, July 5th, 2020, I had a unprofessional experience with Peter. As a customer I bought one car in 2015 and I recommended someone else to buy a car from your dealership. In that occasion Josh treated me as a valued customer and took time to explain the best car for me. It is apparent that the customer service is not the same as it was 5 years ago. This time I returned to Team Nissan to shop for another vehicle but unfortunately the customer service at this establishment has become poor. Peter Gaouette, the salesman, treated me unpolitely and didn't show any interest in our search for another vehicle. He was very disrespectful. I will definitely not be buying a car from Team Nissan ever again and I doubt I will be using their service department either. More
