We just bought a 2026 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve from Team Nissan. Ralph was phenomenal. He answered all our questions (we live about 100 miles from the dealership). He gave us a great deal on our trade in and the new vehicle (thousands less the next closest dealer). He was not going to be available on the day we were coming to pick up the new vehicle, so he arranged for James to be available for us. James was great and very knowledgeable on the vehicle ,he was very thorough about the various settings and options. He even synched our phones for us. Ralph also stated the paperwork with the Business Manager (he was great too, but I'm at a loss for his name) would be ready for us, so it wouldn't be an all day process. This is where most dealerships fail. To our surprise, Ralph was correct (he is a complete nice and honest guy), we were in and out of the dealership in just over 2 hours. This included James going over all the vehicle options and a tour of the service department. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!!!
