Let me start out by saying BEST experience at a car dealership. My boyfriend was long overdue for a new truck and had his eye on one in particular but it was all about finances. Our salesman Derek was dealership. My boyfriend was long overdue for a new truck and had his eye on one in particular but it was all about finances. Our salesman Derek was able to give us all the information we needed about this truck including offered rebates as well as working hard on a great trade in value. Derek was able to get us into our price range which we thought might have been impossible. Derek was great to talk to, made us feel comfortable and understood our position as far as payments go, and he made it happen. Thanks Derek !! After we had got to where we wanted to be, we were sent in to see Duarte Arruda (Dewey) for financing. This always can sometimes get scary as I have found out purchasing vehicles at other dealerships, but Dewey was amazing. Dewey was not only extremely personable and a blast to work with, but he also understood what we needed as far as our finances. Dewey made us feel comfortable and worked hard to get us the best interest rate available while figuring in our budget as far as monthly payments and terms available. It was a difficult task because of a low credit score but in the end he pulled it off quickly with unbelievable determination. He was able to get us right at our price point which we did not think was going to be available to us. Even though this was our first time visiting this car dealership, I would highly recommend Colonial Chevrolet in Dartmouth. We left extremely happy and satisfied customers in a brand new truck. I know this is where I will be going to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you so much Duarte Arruda you were amazing. I will be seeing Dewey and Derek again !! More
