Just an average experience. I went on a day when it was pouring rain/snow mix since I had time. Turns out the taillight was cracked, which the dealer replaced when they did the inspection. The drivers mirror is also broken and poorly epoxied back together. I mentioned this, and have sent several emails on it, with no response. The GM and salesman both looked at it. I even offered to do the labor myself if they would just supply the part. (You'd think the detailer would report this or the light to management before they put it on the lot to begin with.) I did ask if the truck had been plowed with since there's holes where a controller would go and unusually low miles. I was told no, but the grommet in the firewall is missing and there's wear marks on the ends of the frame where a xxxxxxpush plates would have been mounted. So I'm going to go with yes. They did work with me on getting the price to where I needed it to be, I actually felt like I was getting a deal. Then I went into finance and that's where GAP coverage and high APR despite my good credit added $28 a month to the payment. Still happy with the truck, was just hoping it would look as good as it drives. Update: after leaving this review Colonial called me to see what was going on. Sounds like there was just a break in communication somewhere. They ordered a new mirror, had it painted and I picked it up. They did offer to do the labor but I did it myself. Took me longer to find my panel clip tool than it did to change out the mirror. Very appreciative of the effort on their end to not only call, but sent email updates as the new mirror worked its way through the system. Excellent customer service! More
