We had been in the market for a new vehicle for a couple months and done homework, watched videos and gone into a couple of dealerships including Allen Turner of Pensacola. We had just stopped in to kick the tires on a contender vehicle and because of the staff, the inventory and the an our sales associate Caleb Osborne we walked away in a new Allen Turner Genesis! Caleb we had meet previously and he stayed in touch (not the annoying I need to make a sale tomorrow way) and addressed our concerns! When we stopped back by again randomly, it was as if we stopped by his house, welcoming and he knew his product. So I would definatively choose Allen Turner again! I can't say enough about my friendly, enthusiastic, and insightful discussions with Chance May. When I walked in, I thought that I wanted a 4 cylinder GV70. Working with Chance (and Pedro), I realized tha insightful discussions with Chance May. When I walked in, I thought that I wanted a 4 cylinder GV70. Working with Chance (and Pedro), I realized that I would be much happier with the silky smooth 6 cyl 3.5T. Love it! The car is more computer than anything Karl Benz or Henry Ford would recognize. Chance patiently guided me through the new "operating system," if I may call it that, because the instruction manual is almost overwhelming. Also, Tia was wonderful helping me with the finance and legal matters. I highly commend Chance the Allen Turner dealership to anyone seeking a luxury vehicle. More
