Our experience with the purchase of our new GV70 Genesis was one of the most pleasant experience's my wife and I have had at a car dealership. Everyone was pleasant, and wanted to ensure that we were treated well. All our questions were answered. The new Allen Turner Genesis facility is esthetically pleasing, well-designed and more importantly it shows they treat all their customers the same way we were treated, therefore they sell a lot of the best luxury cars available, one of which is the GV70 Sport. My wife and I came in during this week's storm, originally to purchase a previously owned GV80. We met Bill Childers one of the most pleasant, knowledgeable and caring guys you'll ever meet. He and I drove one of the two GV80 on the lot. Since it was raining, my wife didn't want to get out of our car. I decided to come back the next day. Bill was off that day, however he said he would make arrangements for us to be taken care of by one of his partners. When we came back the next day, I saw a Capri Blue brand new GV70 in the showroom. Ryan Henry, another of the Allen Turner's outstanding sales staff. He convinced me that I could afford to get this beautiful blue GV 70 for not much more than I was going to pay for the previously owned GV80 I'd looked at the night before. A long story, a little less long, we bought GV70 the following day. It had all of 11 miles on the speedometer. We took it home that day. The point of all this is I got to support a local business. Buying a car from a local dealership is more pleasant and rewarding than purchasing one from a chain store or buying one online, I've done all three. Several times. The Allen Turner Team were knowledgeable, concerned about us as well meeting our needs. More
