Keith is a great guy good salesman. I worked with him for about 3 weeks to get me into the ride I wanted. I can’t say nothing but great service. I worked with him for about 3 weeks to get me into the ride I wanted. I can’t say nothing but great service. More

Before I share my horrible experience, I did like the GM Kate DeCosta and I hope she finds a better company to work for. I test drove a car and bought it. I did not smell oil burning but the day I brought Kate DeCosta and I hope she finds a better company to work for. I test drove a car and bought it. I did not smell oil burning but the day I brought it home I drove around a lot and then I parked in the garage and noticed that I smelled oil. Took the car elsewhere to be checked out and it had an oil leak that was going to cost almost $5000 to fix. I knew I had 30 days to return the car so I was not completely panicked, but still. Echo ended up returning my money but I had to take the car back to them while at the same time, I still owed the money for the car. They gave me a loaner car after I told them that I could not look for a car without a car. This was on a Friday and the check was ready for me on Tuesday. They forgot to include in the check the amount I spent at the mechanic having the car looked at but they did mail me a check. So, everything did turn out in the end but I made probably 15 trips to the dealer and countless phone calls and the whole thing should NEVER have happened because that car should not have passed their "inspection" (done by high schoolers in auto mechanics?), I lost time, sleep, and confidence in dealers and my judgement. This whole incident was regarding the 2nd vehicle that I looked at on their lot. The first vehicle was rated by Car Guru, etc. as a "great deal" because it was $1200 less than the same car elsewhere. BUT, the car at Echo had mismatched tires with very little tread and no floor mats. Well, there's the $1200 difference right there! More
