Excellent Service. Got an oil change. My service rep, Paula, was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I got an oil change & another type of cleaning she recommended. Service Great-Wait Time TOO LONG!!! My appt time was 12:15. I arrived around 12:10 and was immediately checked in by Terry in the Service Dept. Unfortunately, I did not leave until 4:08p My appt time was 12:15. I arrived around 12:10 and was immediately checked in by Terry in the Service Dept. Unfortunately, I did not leave until 4:08pm because the service Dept: -left my completed paperwork on Paula’s desk; Even though it was Terry that was my contact. -The paperwork was left underneath other items -Even the car which is usually pulled out front and Visable, was parked on the side of the service dept where no could see it; even though I had looked...what a mess on a day that I was pressed for time! I don’t blame Terry for the mishap; just wished he would have checked. Had I not asked about the unusually long time, it would have been longer. Service mechanics needs a better system for returning completed tickets other than just placing paperwork “on top of a desk/any desk”...perhaps an “inbox!” More

Great service and waiting area I was impressed with this location. I had an oil change, and they offered a free car wash. They also had a clean, quiet waiting area with good wi-fi, I was impressed with this location. I had an oil change, and they offered a free car wash. They also had a clean, quiet waiting area with good wi-fi, comfortable chairs, and a great varierty of snacks and beverages. I will drive an extra 15 minutes to go to this location over the Jefferson City location. More
