I can't give this a 5 because it was assigned to a service writer who let it sit for 3 days before assigning it to a tech to troubleshoot on the 4th day! I would have been 4 days before anyone even lo service writer who let it sit for 3 days before assigning it to a tech to troubleshoot on the 4th day! I would have been 4 days before anyone even looked at the car. Felipe gets a ZERO for his lack of care for the dealership's customers! I went in and had it removed from Felipe's list of assigned vehicles and got it assigned to Paula Bean. She immediately jumped on the problem and had the repair completed within 3 days. Paula has always taken good care of me and my MOPARS and deserves the highest score for her prompt handling of the car's issue, and her absolute care of the customers entrusted to her. Why she has been relegated to chasing warranty money is beyond me. She should be one of the lead Service Writers on Kendall's staff. More
