This was my first time buying a brand new car, so I was a bit nervous, but Quincy, Paul and the whole crew at A1 made it such a pleasurable experience. I am so happy that I ended up buying from them and I look forward to the long term relationship I will have bringing my car back for service. A1 has a great way of making the customer feel very comfortable, in a 'no-pressure' environment. Dealerships are not always known for being patient and friendly, but Quincy was beyond patient and extremely knowledgeable. Paul was more than helpful when it came to the financing. He helped get me exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be recommending friends and family back to A1. Thanks!! More

Besides his wonderful, friendly and helpful nature, his knowledge of the Toyota products is extensive. Every question answered accurately. All options presented clearly. Dado helped us put together just the right car for us. Paul Wright handled the financial end with ease. At no point did we feel pressured.
