We have been purchasing and leasing cars from A-1 because they respect the customer and only want to do the best they can to make that customer happy. The people we deal with such as Emerson and John know what they are doing and they provide answers to all questions we ask. The service and support that A-1 provides is the best that I have ever received even when I include earlier car companies I have purchased cars from prior to A-1. A-1 is always available for follow up questions and again the service is great. I will continue to recommend A-1 to all relatives and friends because of the value received in our new cars and for the great service and support. Norman Eagle More

Every single associate I encountered were very friendly and caring. The environment felt very warm and family oriented. Each associate went out their way to talk to each customer even if It was in passing while helping other customer. They all checked to see if I was comfortable or needed anything. I had so many questions since I was transitioning from a small passenger car to a truck l, and my salesman Mohammad Durrani was very patient and even extended his services to answer questions on his personal day off! The finance portion was very smooth, Paul Wright was very patient and friendly and did such a great job at explaining my options and breaking down pros/cons of every deduction. I would recommend this dealee to anyone I know!!! Without question It is absolutely everything a customer can ask for when inquiring or purchasing a vehicle. I'm so happy with the service and my new truck!!! I rate the company 10 out of 5 stars!!! More
