They were very professional! I had an issue with a “rattling noise” after I picked my jeep up. I went right back. The service technician offered to have someone ride with me. Car I had an issue with a “rattling noise” after I picked my jeep up. I went right back. The service technician offered to have someone ride with me. Carson came along and to my absolute embarrassment he noticed it was because my passenger visor was not clipped. He calmed my embarrassment and tells me it’s okay happens all the time. He was very kind about it as well. Even when I felt so embarrassed. More

Got my daughters 2008 Charger srt8 back fron the dealership and my daughter states that she smell fuel. Then it went away when she came home. Then the fuel level sensor was not working. I installed dealership and my daughter states that she smell fuel. Then it went away when she came home. Then the fuel level sensor was not working. I installed a new pump in the Dodge Charger srt8 in August and never had a problem. Got it back from the dodge dealership then that’s not working now. Had to pump the fuel pump out and found out that it was some sticky glue type stuff on the floating ball that was keeping it down. So I had to replace that. Then Leaking fuel from the passenger side pump because when the technician removed it to check it. He didn’t install the gasket back properly so when you fill the fuel tank up then it leaking which caused the fuel smell. So I’m not happy. Very poor craftsmanship. More

The culture of this organization is very simply lie cheat and steal . Integrity accountability honesty are not words these folks believe in. If you choose to bring your vehicle here you should at least requi and steal . Integrity accountability honesty are not words these folks believe in. If you choose to bring your vehicle here you should at least require video of your car and what they say is recommended . This advisor "Bethany " will tell you need to pay them to fix things on your car there is nothing wrong with. After picking our car up from a normal oil change service the car broke down within one mile and after we had the car towed back she informs us that the drive belt came off and is leaking fluid and emails an estimate of $1340.00 to replace the drive belt , drive belt tensioner and also need to replace the thermostat and housing . Finding this highly doubtful we have the car towed to a local reputable repair shop and to no surprise they found none of these items were bad and need replacing . what ever they did they fixed and covered up and decided that we should pay them $1340.00 dollars for there trouble . Doing this to customers only makes me wonder how bad they are stealing from the manufacturer . So bring your car to these people knowing you can not trust them and get what you get or find somewhere other than this company for your vehicle . More
