On Saturday 2/3/24 I went to take my Jeeps with my husband for an oil change and comma rotation service. The Jeeps are custom, when they finished the service we noticed that the rims were scratched, m husband for an oil change and comma rotation service. The Jeeps are custom, when they finished the service we noticed that the rims were scratched, mine is a Jeep Wrangler Sahara and a Jeep Mojave. We gave the complaint to the person in the area, they took photos and said on Monday 2/5/24 the complaint would be made with the service manager, still at this point I am waiting for the call from Mr. Thomas Harper if it is possible call Mr.... My husband went yesterday because after doing the service the Jeep Mojave has a strange movement when it goes over 65 miles. They refused to touch the jeep and verify what was happening in it and when he went to talk to Thomas Harper he found him talking dirty about Hispanics with another person in the office, YOU WORK WITH MANY LATINOS TO BE TALKING THAT WAY ABOUT A COMMUNITY THAT MOVES YOUR BUSINESS and a lack of respect for the customers who buy cars there. My husband went to look for the General Manager and he was not in the office. He then finds Thomas Harper sleeping in his office, lying down doing nothing to help my husband with the situation in his Jeep. There are proof photos of Thomas Harper sleeping in his office. My husband asks about my wife's claim about the earrings and the response from one of the employees was that she has to call. I called the dealer several times today to verify the claim and no one answers, I left messages and I still have not received a call or message from her. WELL ANNOYING, we are talking about earrings that cost 3,000 dollars, they are not factory earrings..... and no one does anything. The only person who tried to help WAS Justin Valcarcel (service advisor) and the manager did nothing, he just poked fun at the situation. From today 2/6/24 still waiting for the call...…. More

Lisbeth is very professional and helpful and did her best to assist me, however my issue is with the lack of care that was put into a vehicle with a full bumper to bumper warranty. My radio still hasn’t been to assist me, however my issue is with the lack of care that was put into a vehicle with a full bumper to bumper warranty. My radio still hasn’t been fixed and almost every 3 months I have a check engine light on a car that supposed to be top if the line More

DO NOT use Posner Jeep in Davenport Fl. We purchased our Wagoneer from this dealership. They promise you the Moon and Stars when you’re purchasing of course. They promise you when service i We purchased our Wagoneer from this dealership. They promise you the Moon and Stars when you’re purchasing of course. They promise you when service is needed they will come pick it up and bring a Wagoneer for me to use while they are servicing my vehicle. We’ll make it as convenient for you as possible. But when the time comes and you’re sitting one hour, two hours, three hours, four hours later, and nothing. I am livid and the general manager Paul Steel won’t even take the time to pick up the phone and speak with you. That’s pretty pretty sad. And when the service manager Eddie Kent is a complete and utter jerk, and doesn’t seem to understand why you’re completely and utterly frustrated when the car has been scheduled since Thursday and they have had no communication with and you’re calling them on Monday morning until after 11 o’clock and they still tell you, “we have other customers”. I don’t fault them on having other customers. The problem is they had information that they were not willing to share and to communicate to their customer that they were not going to be able to meet the needs they promised originally and now I’m they one sitting and inconvenienced. It’s just bad customer service. Now we are having to be inconvenienced our self for a second day because this crappy dealership can’t do what they promised. I can not recommend anyone to use them in good faith. It’s very sad at this point. I love my Wagoneer and I am beyond frustrated. DO NOT use this dealership to buy a vehicle. More

Poor customer service, poor management, weak finance department that only cares if you buy all the extra nonsense. Customer care is bottom priority, I made an appointment for 2pm get there sit there department that only cares if you buy all the extra nonsense. Customer care is bottom priority, I made an appointment for 2pm get there sit there for 2 hours with no update. I see my vehicle is done so I go and check on it. They tell me nope sorry still waiting to be seen. Then they tell me you need to leave it, which is ok I just need a loaner to get back and forth to work. NOPE ! sorry can’t help you all out of loaners, ok how about a rental from a local place. NOPE! We don’t do that! Their response take more time off work to not be seen and the vehicle still not be fixed. Don’t buy here, don’t do service here, even if it’s your dream car just wait and find it else where. More
