This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made & I am 75 years old. Joel, my sales consultant was great. He gave me the information that he thought I needed but was not pushy at all. I first stopped by to look at the VW Taos on May 23, but I didn’t have time to drive it. I went back on May 30 to drive it & we agreed on a price & I put money down to hold the vehicle. They didn’t have the color I wanted so they found one in the early part of June. They drove quite a ways to bring back the vehicle & I picked it up on June 6. The sales manager & finance manager were great to work with on this purchase. I recommend Dean Team Volkswagen in Ballwin highly. We will be going back there when my wife needs a vehicle. More
