I first stopped by to look at the VW Taos on May 23, but I didn’t have time to drive it. I went back on May 30 to drive it & we agreed on a price & I put money down to hold the vehicle. They didn’t have the color I wanted so they found one in the early part of June. They drove quite a ways to bring back the vehicle & I picked it up on June 6. The sales manager & finance manager were great to work with on this purchase. I recommend Dean Team Volkswagen in Ballwin highly. We will be going back there when my wife needs a vehicle. More

I had not purchased a new car in over a decade. I went to another dealership that had a great price for a used one, but they constantly made claims and then denied them over a series of almost 3 we I went to another dealership that had a great price for a used one, but they constantly made claims and then denied them over a series of almost 3 weeks. Very condescending salespeople there. Dean Team had a new Taos, so I went to check their dealership with A LOT of hesitation. Joel is a new salesperson but was very helpful and ready to improve my car-buying experience.
