Paul greeted us at the door and offered us snacks and drinks. He had the RX350 we were interested in waiting for us. We went on a short test drive then back to the dealership. The car buying process is always long but we were comfortable throughout. Paul was always pleasant and professional. I apologize for not remembering the names of the other gentlemen we met but they were all excellent. I’m already thinking about possibly getting another RX from them. More

From the moment we pulled into the lot, I found the car I was looking for right in the lot. Paul D. assisted us. We went for a test drive. This is my first car with a push start button.
