We came back on Sunday to ultimately purchase a Jetta (which is running great so far) and we were pleased with how knowledgeable and helpful Richard and everyone at the dealer was. We now decided to buy out the leased vehicle because we really like it. Chuck was our salesman and he was great - friendly and helpful. The two men in finance were also friendly and easy to work with. Our only minor issues were that it was their first day using a new digital signing system so we were there for over 4 hours instead of the “couple” we were originally told, and after the service department did a 100-point check and out the car on the charger, we got it back with an error message that said “needs service” (they quickly and happily remedied that though). Oh, and I think their receptionist was not happy to be there on a Saturday, she was sullen and just short of rude. Overall, this is one of the best auto dealerships I have ever dealt with, so thank you, Capistrano VW! More
