As Costco members, we wanted competent people who listened to our needs, and respected our time by providing a streamlined negotiations process. John Lozano delivered in all respects, and the attention from management was helpful without pressure; they respected our decision making/buying process. After initial demo drive, we completed purchase in 2 visits; paperwork, F&I options, and vehicle instruction took just over 2 hours. We are very pleased with Acura MDX, and highly recommend John Lozano and Acura of Peoria. More

He, and the entire personnel of Acura We Leased our TLX Acura 3.5 V6 on 4/10/2017.. "Darren Maus", was an outstanding sales professional... He, and the entire personnel of Acura of Peoria, provided to us a superior customer service . From Darren Maus our Salesman, to Paul Brown the Sales Manager, to Ben Quail the General Sales Manager, to Ray Garcia in the financing, everyone was very kind and accommodating. We never expected that we would have be treated so well. For instance, John Lozano, another Salesman, went on his own and picked up a pizza for me and my wife since we had no lunch.... We spend most of our time with Darren Maus, who in the end, did an exceptional delivery of the car to us. This car had many new technological and electronic functions. Darren Maus explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We really enjoyed immensely leasing our new car from "Acura of Peoria". Positive experience I was and am already sold on the Acura brand. It was time to buy out or trade in my 2013 RDX so I found it obvious to go back to Peoria Acura. I met with Alex who was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy...along with being patient. He worked with me and also had me meet with Paul, Sales Manager who was fair and reasonable and put a good deal together for me. I bought another RDX and already know that I made the right choice. I think the RDX is on equal ground and quality with Lexus and Mercedes midsize SUV's...but costs are much less ! Craig A More

He worked diligently to be sure we were happy with our purchase color and price. As a result, We recently purchased an Acura RDX and requested to wait until he returned from vacation, to make our purchase, so you can readily see, we still hold him in highest esteem as one of your sales reps!! Once again, he found the color RDX we requested and we LOVE the car and pleased we could once again work with Darren!! Paul Brown initiated our vehicle decision to purchase, on our first visit, but chose to wait for Darren before making the deal- also traded my 2004 RL, which was loved and well cared for, thus, never made your used car lot!! Happiest dealership on Earth My family and friends can can think of only one place to buy a car and that is Acura of Peoria. No matter which salesman or sales woman we get, they a My family and friends can can think of only one place to buy a car and that is Acura of Peoria. No matter which salesman or sales woman we get, they all do an excellent job working or car deal. I have bought many cars from Acura of Peoria and this time I worked with Danny Pires. Danny got my deal done fast and painless and gave me a great deal right at the start. If I had gone to another dealership, I would of had to spend hours fighting with them, but no at Acura, because the people their have values that they live up to. During the deal, I also got to talk to the sales manager Paul Brown who is an amazing guy and got to say hi to all the other people I knew from past visits. Nothing feels better than going and leaving a place where you are surrounded by friends. As far as I'm concerned, I will be an Acura of Peoria customer for life. More

Paul Brown Sales Manager took care of us above and beyond to make sure not only were we satisfied but all equipment was 100% Taken care of so we were very comfortable with the older used car we purchased. We met with Finance Manager Ray Garcia who got all paperwork started and finished up with Brian Peters Finance Director who as everyone else made us feel very comfortable with Acura of Peoria and very Glad we did business at this Dealership More
