Wonderful, Car-Buying Experience at Acura of Peoria Aaron Seabaugh guided me through the entire car-buying process - from the moment I stepped on the lot, to handing me the keys. Aaron exhibited all the traits a person buying a new vehicle would appreciate: friendly, courteous, highly-knowledgable, professional, etc.. In addition, Aaron answered all my questions & concerns in a thorough, non-patronizing manner. When it came to discussing all the options available to my vehicle, Aaron did an exceptional job in explaining the benefits of add-ons (paint protection, vehicle tracking, etc.), but never pressured me into purchasing accessories/add-ons that I didn't feel I would get much benefit from. At no point was Aaron adversarial - in fact, I felt like Aaron performed as an advocate for me, and I appreciate his assistance during the exciting, but overwhelming, process of buying a new vehicle. When I took possession of the vehicle, Aaron guided me through an extensive list of features on my car, and offered to do a more thorough exploration of the vehicle's features with my wife, at a later date. Aaron should be commended for deftly balancing the interests of the dealership while, at the same time, addressing the needs of the customer. Thank you Aaron, Paul, and Dennis for making my experience at Acura of Peoria so enjoyable. Best of the BEST We went to Acura of Peoria to review a mini-van we had found on-line. Rey had the mini-van ready when we arrived so we could immediately inspect it and then do the test drive. Rey was very knowledgeable about this vehicle...he knew all the options. After the test drive we decided to buy the mini-van. The process of "doing the deal" was the easiest we have ever experienced. Very fair price for the mini-van and we got to meet Mr. Paul Brown. After the price was decided, we had to wait a little while to sign the paperwork. Rey took this opportunity to give us a tour of the dealership so we would be familiar with everything when we needed to return for service. Truly, a spotless facility....including the restrooms! Rey was so pleasant to be with and establish a friendly rapport with us immediately. I would recommend this dealership and Rey Jacinto with total confidence. More

Great experience Fred Peralta helped us purchase our 2013 Subaru Impreza. He was super genuinely nice guy. John Lozano good salesman/manager Paul Brown fair at best looking for a vehicle for over 8 months, waiting for "that deal" found what I was interested in, provide model/stock an vin to the dealership, First r looking for a vehicle for over 8 months, waiting for "that deal" found what I was interested in, provide model/stock an vin to the dealership, First reply was "we can do that, come on in" then when confirming was informed that Paul was unaware of what I was looking for, and here is the new price. Again disappointing, but tried again, biggest concern was that I could never get a price nailed down (living 6 hours away) and after checking on-line for a fair price and being told much different pricing threw out a number I felt we could negotiate from. (2017 RDX AWD Advance) 37500, realizing at this point I would end up with some sort of counter, a game I made clear in the beginning I did not want to play! response was I wont waste your time, good luck. ALSO buyer beware....was told flat out that I was lucky in the beginning because of the added dealer options that were included. (cargo mat/wheel locks/tint, and Paint protection (really?) one of the oldest tricks out there, for close to 2,500 added to the cost? Make sure you know the final price before going through these folks. More

We had the best car buying experience at Acura of Peoria When we walked in to the show room we were greeted by John Lozano. We explained that we just had questions about the MDX & wanted to take a test driv When we walked in to the show room we were greeted by John Lozano. We explained that we just had questions about the MDX & wanted to take a test drive as it was the beginning of our search for a vehicle. John was happy to help. He is the most hones and upfront sale person we have ever encountered. He answered our question & took us on a test drive informing us about the features on the vehicle as we went along. Once we returned to the dealership he went over the exterior of the car & asked if we wanted to know what we are looking at as far as price. Of course we went inside & John told us exactly what the price could be. He knew we had other car options we wanted to check out before we made our final decision so he gave is the brochure on the MDX & we went on our way. We did not purchase the car that day. John was very good about following up to see where how we were coming along with a decision. John is a knowledgeable, honest salesman which is what most shoppers are looking for when it comes to purchasing a car. He is very much aware that time is valuable & getting straight to the points that matter. We felt so comfortable dealing with John we returned to buy our MDX through him. The Team at Acura of Peoria stand behind the quality of their cars & continue to go out of their way to assure you are happy with your purchase even after the sale.
