I finally asked Mercedes-Benz of Boston to replace the 3-cylinder engine in my 2009 Smart Car ForTwo, after about 120,000 miles. The car had a misfiring cylinder 1 for too long, and the car. could not ma 3-cylinder engine in my 2009 Smart Car ForTwo, after about 120,000 miles. The car had a misfiring cylinder 1 for too long, and the car. could not make it home one night. I contacted the service manager that I had worked with for 15 years, and he put me in touch with MB roadside assistance. After about a week, I received an estimate for engine replacement and other things that should be replaced while the engine was out. The transmission, clutch and AC compressor were also replaced. The car now drives like it did 15 years ago. The service manager did a great job attending to the details that make the car seem young again. I am very happy to be able to keep driving the Smart Car. More

I've been dealing with Patrick for years and the dealership in general for over 20 years. It's expensive but that's more a function of Mercedes itself. Mr. Albert Berisha, customer service manager has done a great work because each team member I interacted with was knowledgeable, courteous, and dedicated to providing excellent service. Specially Mr. . Schneider took his time to explain the services my car needed and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I truly appreciated their transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction. The service was completed in a timely manner, and my car was returned in great condition.
